1. Introduction
This Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement outlines the measures taken by Lionheart Protection to prevent modern slavery within our operations and supply chain. It is prepared in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. No instances of modern slavery have been identified within our company.
2. Our Commitment
Lionheart Protection recognises its responsibility to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards. While only businesses exceeding £36 million turnover are legally required to publish a statement, we voluntarily commit to transparency, accountability and the ongoing prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking. As a security services provider, we are committed to ensuring our operations and supply chain remain free from exploitation.
3. Organisational Structure & Operations
Lionheart Protection is an independent UK-based security company providing tailored security services across a range of client environments. We work closely with clients to understand their security needs and provide bespoke solutions.

5. Aims & Objectives
We continue to strengthen our approach to preventing modern slavery through the following key objectives:

Providing training to higher-risk or higher-spend clients on modern slavery risks.

Reviewing procurement practices to ensure operational pressure does not create exploitation risks.

Developing robust internal response plans and extending training for teams responsible for identifying modern slavery risks.

7. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lionheart Protection monitors reports or concerns raised via internal channels, we conduct an annual evaluation with out clients and promise to make reports to public authorities should a modern slavery or human trafficking concern be raised. No incidents have currently been identified.
9. Governance & Review
This Statement has been reviewed and approved by the Director of Lionheart Protection.
It will be reviewed annually and updated to reflect ongoing improvements and changes in legislation.
